I can also relate to the forgetting part. I do find remembering challenging as I always question if it was (as bad) as I think it was. I find it hard to rely on my memory and judgement. It is tricky because it is important to take your feelings seriously but also not to blow things out of proportion. Would be intersting to hear from others
