I suggest including physical exercise and creative activities to your schedule. Ptsd isn't only mental, is primarily physical issue. Doing a type of exercise that makes you relaxed is important. You may enjoy yoga, jogging or strength training - it depends on your personality type. Mindful meditation is crucial - find body scan on YouTube. Also, find some new hobby.
You need these activities to calm down after difficult sessions and to improve your brain function.
