I am sure this is distressing to you. My suggestion is use different meds, at least the *one* that has caused your negative diagnosis. I think it is best that you continue taking your other meds. Stopping all of them is like "throwing out the baby with the bath water", which IMO is very sef-defeating. Work this out with your pdoc. I would like to stop my own medication, but I know better, and what I would be like without meds. Of coarse, you probably know what you would be like without meds too. IMHO it is simply not worth it. Between Chaos and Stability, stability has better advantages.
