I recognize myself a lot in your post. I deal with the same issue, the only thing I can recommend is to seek help regardless. I'm very lucky that my sister is capable and willing to help me out. Don't get me wrong, asking for the help feels bad, getting the help feels even worse, but with the help I get the assignement done. I feel utterly and truly misserable while working on it, but it gets done. I don't known how long your study will last, but with luck these kind of assignments will be a thing of the past once your done.
