When I still had my period (I officially went into menopause at 52) it was almost always somewhat irregular but never what you described. My gyn always said that if period doesn’t come for several months, then starts again it could be indicative of all kind of problems and it shouldn’t be ignored. You got to see ob/gyn. I can’t believe you have to wait for two months to see gyn??? It’s insane. But if that’s the case then you got to wait. But you got to see experienced gyn.
