Hi

Protien shakes isn't a silly idea, it's a good way to get in what the body needs without tummyache. that way solid food intake can be built up gradualy but the body still gets what it needs. and as i drink a lot of spring water and coffee, i know taking liquids isn't a problem. thanks for the idea.
