I was not a good observer. First I took wrong medication and fell to sleep for hours of the day. Then I let myself be occupied with something else then I should. The only things I did right was:
- Eat a good breakfast
- Put my suitcase outside to have fresh air
Well, there is nothing else to do than to try again:
- Up when I wake up
- Breakfast
- Shower
- Load the dishwasher
- Lunch
- Grocery shop
- Home and put every thing on its place
- Relax and think of how to use the rest of this week and the next
