Yeah, I get deja vu sometimes, it's normal. As for feeling like your life is on loop I guess that could be caused by having days that are somewhat repetitive? I'm not sure of many suggestions but maybe try adding something new and fun into your life once in awhile to change things up so it's not the same stuff over and over again
