It was good =) i have to get it in my brain that she's not as scary as I think - that therapy is not this big freaky dungeon where bad little kids get sent for torture. That I won't get pulled apart limb from limb, or the world won't come down around me just because i talked (as I was led to believe by my abuser). I still shook internally the entire time (as well as the hour before and after), but really, she wants to help me. Thanks, Lyn.
