Yes all the therapists i have had even though i had some issues got in the way i have learned things along the way. My old therapist was very cbt approach so it was helpful to focus on my negative thoughts and challenging them. I firmly believe that will come more clear to me as time goes on. I think it is very helpful for me to have different therapists and to not be so closed minded to different approaches.
