I am not unsympathetic, but he probably did not tell you to call back because he is on vacation and he set up the backup therapist specifically so that he could have a break from work. Everybody needs a break sometimes. If you are a danger to yourself, you probably need to go to a hospital if the backup therapist is unable to assist you.
