Well, the scale hasn't moved except for usual fluctuations. However, someone did comment on my weight loss. Maybe fat & inches? I have been working out pretty intensely for the last few weeks now that I have changed my eating habits to a much healthier habit. Anyway, I guess I will see how it goes. As long as I am losing fat and there is some progress being seen by others I'll take it. I still weigh myself, probably too frequently, but it is habit...hoping that at some point the scale will budge.

Realizing how detrimental the scale has been to healthy weight loss for me. Still can be except I am making extraordinary efforts to keep the weight loss healthy.
