its widely prescribed, gets the job done for millions. when i was really 'going thru it,' id take 2-4mgs at night on top of my daily Abilify. woke up...stuffy nose, cotton mouth...and far less tormented and agitated, etc. now, im down to just the abilify, which...honestly...i find to be a less noxious tranq than the others, thus so far.
