I have had an email forwarded unexpectedly to people I didn't expect to see it. It is a similar situation. I have tried to have a neutral tone and guarded front at work. So, having my real thoughts forwarded felt embarrassing. I guess I want to avoid all judgement, but by doing that people judge me as not friendly and hard to read. That isn't what I want either. Maybe it is better to be more open and less guarded? I don't know.
