I feel better today. Thank you for the hugs and the well wishes. I’m getting things done slowly, step by step. I’ve taken out the trash and recycling, showered, done laundry and talked to my new life coach.
My plans for the rest of the day are: cook dinner for the family, straighten 2 rooms, clean the litter box, line up a hotel for the Labor Day trip and read some of my book on managing emotions.
Plans for Tuesday:
1. Attend water aerobics
2. Clean the den
3. Float in the pool
4. Attend a movie with friends
5. Read my book on HSPs
