I love puffins, too!!! I've never been to Iceland, but saw some Atlantic puffins in the waters near Nova Scotia, Canada.

Thank you for providing such a lovely description of your time in Iceland. I've seen lots of beautiful photos of places in Iceland. My sister-in-law and nephew went there last year for a vacation.

I'm sorry you ended the time with Lithium/Seroquel toxicity. I did find a wonderful seltzer recently with Ruby Red Grapefruit flavor. It's Polar brand. It's just flavored, but contains no juice.
