I wasn't able to follow the list.

I feel like I have crashed. I want to do things, but my energy is too low. I don't know how to make a plan that is good for me at the one side and not to "heavy" for the energy I have to my disposition on the other side.

I have decided to try to use the worksheets for Cyclothymia (from the Cyclothymia Workbook). There is a pre-made schedule where you have to fill in if and when you did this and that (out of bed, eating regularly, physical exercise, take meds, go outside and/or other activities).

Sometimes printed sheets are better than apps.

One shall only fill in YES or NO.

That must be easy enough, I hope ...

(PS. Tomorrow I will see my therapist. I have been given a place in a training group at the training center. It starts at Thursday this week. In next week my brunch group will start up again after the summer and so will my hiking group. So so ...)
