Thanks. I made an effort to go outside when I went downstairs to check my mail in the mail room. (I figured... 2 birds with 1 stone...) However, I had a panic attack when I stepped outside.

I felt particularly vulnerable and uncomfortable, so I went back inside and now I'm back in my bedroom with all the doors shut because I'm freaking out.
