-I've gotten very good at accomplishing goals that I set for myself, completing them by the deadline, and doing a good job.
-I'm finding it much easier these days to get up and get back into the swing of things, after something/someone has upset me. It doesn't hold me down for endless amounts of time the way it used to do.
-I'm feeling more sociable, and that's a really good thing.
-I know now that it's o.k. to take time for myself to heal and get through a depressive episode. It used to heap so much guilt onto my shoulders---it doesn't, anymore.
-Self-discipline (in just about every area) is coming easier and easier to me.
