Hope, you will get through this. Look through your old posts and remind yourself of the times you knew he was a great therapist. Remember, therapists are not to agree with everything yousay. Their job is to push you a little out of your comfort zone a bit each time so you can make changes in the right direction.
Have the two of you set up a treatment plan? If not I would definitely discuss this at your next session so you have goals and know what you should becworking on. Don't quibble over any dx just lay out a plan to help your symptoms.
Your comnent about T not caring and you are never going back is pattern of yours. Maybe have your T help you with CBT on those recurring thoughts. This will help you reframe those thoughts and help you end the pain sooner next time.
