So, in total I am down 13.5. I have figured out I can be between 190 and 209 before the end of the year as long as at the very least keep my eating habits healthy. I know what I can and can't do...I am starting to incorporate some other exercises so my body doesn't adjust.
I know my real difficulty in maintaining this will be when the weight (fat) loss is more obvious to others and they start to comment. That seems to be when I start to fall apart with the healthy eating and exercising.
