I think everyone deals with it differently. Some people visit their parents gravestone and leave flowers. Others find that too painful. Some try to push the emotions out of their mind. Others occassionally visit a place you loved to go with your parents too! There is no wrong way though I think it is important to acknowledge the emotions you have even if you just do it quietly while you are alone. Everyone's relationship with their parents is different and everyone has there own personality (some people are more emotional than others).

For many, many people the anniversary of their parent's deaths is tough no matter how many years have gone by! I hope you are able to think of some of the good times with them if you are feeling sad (but it is OK if you can't). And I think you may say a little prayer for them too (I recall that you do pray--you once said you would say one for me when I was feeling bad--it was a long time ago--thanks). Hugs.
