I do feel like they have every right to suggest - but they can't FORCE you to do anything you don't like, @AB2371. You have every right to decide for yourself! If you don't like meds and prefer another approach, so be it. I'd say it depends on what you're looking for. Personally I think meds may help although I absolutely agree with you and the other wise, wonderful posters that they're not enough by themselves. I think they can help though. Still, it's YOUR decision! The important thing is for you to keep taking care of yourself like you're already WONDERFULLY doing. Keep trying your best!
