Why wiretwister . . let me try to explain .

Consider yourself or myself as a single strand of wire . Weak and easily streached , bent , or damaged with very little effort .

Now consider adding a single strand of wire ( an outlet or meaningful activity ) .

Another strand could be a friend or family menber or such . . .

Maybe one strand could be medication . .

Of course the more wires the better . .

Now these wires naturally twist together to form a much stronger cable than any single strand would be
