IMO, if you feel you can’t function on Vraylar because of the brain fog etc., then it’s worth looking into other options for antipsychotics. No one should have to settle for feeling “blah” or having immense brain fog.

I know from experience that most APs do cause some level of brain fog, but some are worse than others. I’m on rexulti and it does not cause much brain fog for me, but of course everyone is different.
