I don't know what makes them go away (hence this thread), it's extremely frequent (hence the word "constant" in the title), and no clue what my therapist would say because she has no ****ing idea how much I have been struggling these past few days.

I use to throw ice cubes into an empty bathtub. It helped get my rage out.
