I am still recovering from some rather severe Plantar fasciitis.I I am just getting to where I can walk a little longer. I don't have access to a pool.

So much around me, including my daily routine, has changed in a huge way and I am still adjusting.

Just wanted to add more encouragement. You are trying. You are going through a lot. Thinking of you and hoping you are doing a litttle better than this (but perhaps you aren't but will with time ):
