I'm feeling a bit blah today. It is rainy out and I'm tired. I was able to push through my workout though, so I am happy about that. However, I caved and ate a very sugary dessert just a bit ago and now I feel lethargic. I knew it wouldn't serve me well, but I went for it anyway. My cravings are cyclic and I need to do a better job at mindfulness. I will be able to stay within my calorie limits for the day at least and I have a healthy dinner planned. Tomorrow is a new day!
