Yeah, blah is totally ok. I gladly accept blah over some of the other options. It is within my control to experience something else as well. I was just making blah choices and letting that be the course of my day. I decided to focus my attention on some training and other positive outlets and I feel much better than blah now. What a difference a couple of hours can make!
