10mgs/melatonin at night has been recommended by some 'alternative health experts' to help those dealing with TD. I know this because I can put my 'obsessive tratis' to good use. anyway...
taurine has been better for me than nac was....its more calming than B3, and high doses supposedly have all kinds of benefits...plus its cheap. downside: the empty stomach thing, kinda...lame.
gingko biloba has been studied a bit. Suntheanine helped me tremendously with anxiety, then i found out its also a potent antioxidant...its a patented version of l-theanine.
