Hello Going ~ When I see the psych doc at the scary psychologist's office, I'll talk to her about what happened. May put it up on Yelp.com.
That's interesting about doing an EEG with biofeedback. There are alot of impressive studies, but I never get included in any of this nor seeing anything published on this. My former psych doc used to travel to NIMH to present difficult cases for help. He would travel up there several times a month. He is a very bright intelligent psych doc and I miss him soo.
Today, having a fear reaction over going to see the new psychologist. I physically shut down when the emotions are too intense, so I feel incredibly sleepy and having a difficult time getting myself motivated to go. Trying breathing techniques and playing internet games to distract and of course playing with my cat too, but nothing is working.
With knees knocking, I'll be heading down in a few hours to leave the safety of my home. With Agoraphobia, it makes it tough to leave home anyway.
How are you doing?

Depending on the client's response, the provider would move the electrodes around the head and set up new treatment protocols during the patients treatment.
What do you think of writing a letter to the psychologist that traumatized you? Are you considering doing a Yelp review on her?
