Exactly. Having one every so often may just simply be a freak occurrence and can happen to anyone. But having them more often can definitely indicate a sleep disorder. Totally agree with you, people are afraid to talk about it because it may make them sound Schizophrenic even though that is a totally separate disorder and has nothing to do with sleep.
