I pulled a muscle or maybe an entire muscle group today when I was exercising. I now have pain in my lower back that extends down my leg. It feels different from sciatica, so I think it is just muscular. Hopefully it will go away soon. Walking up stairs is really painful. Descending is much easier.
I planned to take it easy while on vacation next week. My exercise break may need to start early.

I'm frustrated because all of this happened during my warm up. It was such an easy move! I pushed through the workout anyway, but it got worse as I went along. I think my body is telling me to give it a break for a while, so I'm going to chill until this heals. I hope it is better by Sunday. I need to be able to chase my kids up and down the beach.
