Last night I heard a rustling and it turned out to be a bat in my room. Dealing with the wife was worse than the bat. I wonder if the banging on the door was a foretelling of the bat? From my experience sleep paralysis is the onset of an astral projection-the center of control is shifting away from the physical body to the astral so therefore you can't move.
