My anxiety was horrific yesterday and today. I have been having a lot of problems because of my sleep disorder. Yesterday I had to leave work shortly after starting. Management was not happy which I get. Today wasn’t good either and I had a silent panic attack at work and I texted my mom who was able to get me an emergency appointment with my therapist this afternoon. My therapist said the reason I’m feeling so anxious is a result of my possible narcolepsy and the issues it is creating at work. And I agree with her.
