feeling energetic, but at the same time a bit lazy. still have some cleaning to do but I may wait until after I take my daughter to work. I'm still in my butt groove in my recliner just hanging out here on PC, having coffee and watching house hunters. no knee pain to speak and no head or neck pain, so that's good. hope everyone is well.
