dddggggeeeee...................................................what is normal? I am starting to panic when I eat close to 850 calories in a day.... I want to throw up the minute food hits my stomach...I know that is not exactly normal....but what is? Next week I will have recovered from an accident and I can use the gym again...but I fear that my "free time" will be spent exercising and food will completely consume me...it did a number of years ago...then led to a major depression and thoughts of.....I was able to over come it, but NOW it hit again and I am watching it gain momentum and take over my life... IT IS LIKE WATER FINDING EVERY CRACK IN MY BEING AND FILLING FULL!
