i am reading about hippocrates.....he was interested in eating well and moving more...
lifestyle medicine.....and the hippocratic oath actually says DO GOOD OR DO NO HARM....
the best therapy i had was from 1 psychologist and one psychiatrist...they were caring persons...
valium was good also....but those anti-depressants may have harmed me more than helped...
it is very sad out there with all that suffering...
