I think it's great when people are able to open up and express themselves rather than lock it up inside and let it cause internal turmoil. But I've noticed with myself, I actually feel worse when I get emotional sometimes rather than better. I hear letting it out is supposed to make you feel better but it doesn't for me. It does the opposite. Not sure why but it does. Wasn't sure if anyone else had this problem. It can be annoying and prevent anyone with this problem from wanting to let their emotions out.

The only thing I've gotten from crying was puffy eyes and a headache. It certainly doesn't make me feel any better.
