I’m confused.
I woke up wide awake at 1 after going to bed at 8. I woke up at 9:54 and then took a 5 milligram melatonin which apparently didn’t work. I had been up since 5:30 yesterday morning but I was also up from 2:30-4AM. I don’t get why my sleep is so messed up.
