Good news! 5 AM update this morning is saying it will likely stay off shore of Florida. Yes, you must watch the news because when you are in a mobile home you must evacuate if the eyewall gets to close because mobile homes can't stop high winds so your anxiety is warranted. Sometimes our anxiety is there to protect us--it is giving us a message we have to listen to and take action when logical. You have to watch the news but maybe just don't watch it constantly?
