Athena Walker (she knows a lot about the research of psychopathy) wrote "Psychosis and delusions is not a feature of psychopathy as a different aspect of the brain is affected"

pricehaylein said he\she has a schizophrenia and I guess his/her delusions has to be different and its more of them.

An avarage psychopath doesnt have many delusions. They are usually are very rational and less emotional.
Athena Walker is full of ****. Having delusions of grandeur is one of the criteria for psychopathy. However, the delusions of grandeur typical of psychopaths and narcissists are different and less severe than delusions seen in schizophrenics. A psychopath's "delusions" are more like extreme arrogance.

PTSD and psychopathy, however? Yeah, those two things don't mix, at least not with primary psychopaths.
