Knees r killing me today. never got in to get my shots, so I had to deal with them while we went to Niagara Falls and walked the whole state park. I did wear my braces, tho. Today I'm paying for it. Otherwise everything else is cool. Just a slight headache. Gonna take a Gabapentin and a muscle relaxer.
