Based on more recent weight...it is a total of 15 pound or so. I think the weight in the quote was a fluke of sorts with the scale.
I have been feeling somewhat miserable. From what I can find and read...I believe it might be too much dairy or just dairy all together. So tomorrow I am slowly going to reduce dairy to a minimum.
Otherwise, everything has been good. Exercising 5-6 days a week...some days harder than others.
