There must be some green space somewhere to go to. While not the wilderness it certainly is a start. I am fortunate that I can find spaces of outdoors within an hour's drive. Yes can agree since like going hiking and feel better when I walk my dog after work, pretty much live in a small town and close to a small city with parks to walk in. Just have to get myself into feeling like hiking and overslept the last time I was supposed to meet a group to hike. Also enjoy urban hiking and it includes “hiking” in a park or even scenic downtown area with artsy area with outdoor murals or historic neighborhood so a good choice if hiking in high elevation is not an option or if a person is not physically up to it.
