I haven’t been diagnosed with OCD, if that’s how it works. I dunno anything about it besides what I experience.

It got better once I got into high school. It eventually became pretty unnoticeable, just some counting when I feel any rhythm. I guess I replaced most of the habits with chanting and begging in my head for everything to stop.
