Is there anyway to find therapists at low cost? Most that I’ve seen are $60-$150 per session:/... or has anyone found success with in person support group meetings?is thrre anything similar? Counseling at community centers or something as an option? I def want to get help but i cant spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars to just talk to someone...
