Therapy is a cliche. If someone knows the basics of CBT and others common treatments, a therapy isnt so much needed. Probably you even know what can help you. Therapists just are logical to ppl problems , they will say the basics, they will try to change thinking patterns etc. You can even recognize your bad thinking patterns and try to change em.

Btw what problems do you have? ? what are u diagnosed with ?
