I’m in a rut. All I do is work 11pm to 9am 4 days a week. Then I go home and sleep 5 to 6 hours. When I wake I eat dinner or breakfast depending on how you look at it. Then off to work and the cycle repeats. On my days off all I do is sleep and chill. I don’t do anything. I don’t go out, I don’t tinker in my shop, nothing. All I do is wake up stuff my face and sleep. This is ridiculous, I need to get active. I’ve stopped working out, my diet is terrible, and my sleep is all messed up.

I have to stay at this job. It’s a good job, my coworkers are nice, and the pay is good. It’s just the hours really. There is talk about day time shifts but that won’t happen for months.

I don’t know if I should come home, get active, then sleep. Or come home , sleep, then get active. I feel like either way I won’t be able to get more than five or six hours of sleep due to outside work responsibilities.

So frustrated
