I’m just doing so poorly right now. 😢 I haven’t showered in 5 days and My t and pdoc both agreed and advised me today that I need to resign from my job because this is the second time in 7 months that I’ve gotten sick and that’s with summers off. I was already thinking that anyway but hearing it...well, I’m just not sure what I’m going to do. My anxiety is through the roof and I tend to only get anxiety during an episode. Feeling very broken.
